Rebecca began with a single wooden shaft club from her Grandpa Burke  and her brother Jon , hitting balls in the field beside their house in Smiths Falls, ON. Soon they were both working and then playing at the nearby Smiths Falls Golf & Country Club.   Encouraged and helped  by her Aunt Betty and Rick Boisvert (The Golf Academy), she developed, won a few events, refined her natural golf swing into the Mulville golf swing. and decided she'd pursue becoming a golf swing instruction pro. 

She quickly developed a love of teaching, graduated from the Elite  program(CPGA), followed by PGA certification in coaching and teaching (2007) and after 15 years, received her PGA Class  A certification in 2014. She  has a PGA Respect in Sport Activity Leader Certificate. She has over the last 25 years,giving golf pro lessons at The Royal Ottawa, Hylands GC,, Ottawa Athletic Club, and Capital Golf Centre as well as running golf schools and clinics. 

During those years, Rebecca, now based in Kanata, developed a specific method of teaching clients a smooth, quiet, powerful, repeatable golf swing. Her golf swing tips for seniors, for everyone help golf to be fun again with her Mulville Golf swing in your arsenal!    

 My  Aunt Betty Mulville devoted her life and career to teaching and as a Physical Education  teacher in numerous  sports, notably basketball and golf. She inspired, mentored and maintained  enduring friendships with those of every generation. An accomplished  golfer and competitor, she was always so keen to encourage others to  participa

An accomplished  golfer and competitor, she was always so keen to encourage others to  participate, with a view to helping them improve and be the best they  could be. Although she didnt formally give golf pro lessons to me, her endless passion for golf  was passed on to me.

I believe that every golfer is unique and deserves personalized golf pro instruction and lessons. Based in Kanata, at Golf Swing by Mulville, we use a combination of modern technology and traditional teaching methods to create a customized plan for each student including golf swing tips for seniors.
